Embodiment Theory: We use our own bodily experience and processes to understand our own emotional processing and experiences of others through an energetic and active meditation mechanism that allows us to focus on our breath and center. Exploring thriving ecosystems provides us energy to climb mountains, jump hurdles, surrender to things beyond our control and manifest inner strength to create a more positive, cohesive body system. Guided Meditation
Guided Meditation is a state of relaxed concentration invoked and led by an experienced guide who will instruct you to relax specific muscles in the body until they are comfortable and will then lead you through mental images and visualizations, often healing light or perhaps dissipation of the past. The purpose is to achieve mental, stress relief, emotional and physical healing. This is an intentional way to awaken your spirit to relax and rejuvenate.

Intuitive Healing sessions are a unique combination of channeled intuitive guidance and practical spiritual coaching about any aspect of your life - from your health, to relationships, to life transitions, to career - no topics are off limits to source consciousness.
