A former surgical technician, Mindy developed great appreciation for the body and its interconnected systems. Following massage school in 2003, she became certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and joined the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). After founding Ayaa Massage, she gained further education and specialty work in Chi Nei Tsang, Reiki Usui, Guided Meditation, Energy Coaching, Essential Oils and other stress relief techniques. Today, My Lighted Life by Ayaa Massage is Mindy's vision of a more complete calling, the pursuit of healing through intuitive work as well as massage.
